Welcome to this month’s episode of the Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Joanne Cantrell. This is one hop that I look forward to each month because the projects are always over-the-top wonderful! I am sure this month will be as well.
Our theme this month is a COLOR CHALLENGE!
Truth be told, I have never done a color challenge so to say.. but there are often times when I have had a few colors in my mind that I wanted to use and had to figure out how to make them work together, so that is essentially the same thing, right!?!
Here are the colors we are working with…
Let’s take a look at what I have done with this combo, shall we?
I used one of my favorite stamp sets, Swirly Bird, and the coordinating Switly Scribbles Thinking dies, to create the flowers. The sentiment is from the new Love What You Do stamp set. It was embossed onto the Marina Mist cardstock which I then cut with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Tying a bit of the retiring Old Olive Mini Chevron Ribbon added that little extra touch that was needed.
Well, that’s it from me this go around… Thanks for stopping by but now it’s time to hop along!
Until next time… keep it simple, Stampers!
🙂 Joanne
You’ve inspired me to get out my Swirly Bird set again! Thanks, Joanne!
