*** Well, imagine my embarrassment! I can’t believe that I forgot about this blog hop. I hope you got to enjoy the “shell” of my blog hop. I am sure hoping that all the other ladies have come through in a very great way!
Things have been very, very hectic this summer as I am sure you can relate. I started the summer with a mission trip to Haiti… then came back just to leave on a family vacation to Gettysburg, where I admit, I became a bit of a history nerd! Then, we had Vacation Bible School at the church where I work which means long hours. Now, I am getting ready to leave on a mission trip to India to end my summer!
I have honestly let Stampin’ Up! slip by the way side for the summer. Which, let me tell you.. that is a great thing about being a demonstrator for this great company. I can let it slide and pick it back up as I need to in order fit with my life. There are great things in the works this fall and I hope you will stick around to see them.
I leave in two days for India where I am going to be presenting a lesson on the biblical discipline of “Serving for the purpose of Godliness” at a small women’s conference. I am excited and nervous. We will present our lessons once each in two different locations, a 16-hour train ride apart! Plus, I am leading VBS for the children which consists of three lessons and crafts, games, and songs. Lucky for them (and me) that I don’t have to lead the songs! The children will be happy for that! LOL SO, if you wouldn’t mind saying a prayer for me and my other team members – there are 5 women total and on lonely male Pastor who has to deal with us!
I look forward to sharing about my trip when I return by featuring some new great stuff from the holiday catalog!!! In the mean time, take a look at what the rest of the ladies have done featuring kits or all sorts!
Until next time… keep it simple, Stampers!
🙂 Joanne
