<\/p>\nIt’s a sad day in the Cantrell household today.\u00a0 This is the day that our camper gets winterized.\u00a0 Basically, that means, it gets cleaned and ready for the winter.\u00a0 In other words… NO MORE CAMPING for this year.\u00a0 I know, right!\u00a0 That is so sad!\u00a0 I love camping.<\/p>\n
But, have no fear!\u00a0 Stampin’ Up has my back!!!<\/p>\n
The Holiday Catalog has GLAMPER GREETINGS – #142202!<\/p>\n

Perfect for me, because that’s basically what I do.\u00a0 I glamp.. glorified camping.\u00a0 It means that I don’t sleep in a tent in a sleeping bag on the ground.\u00a0 I have running water, a bathroom, heat and air and a real bed.\u00a0 I won’t mention the TVs or DVD players or the Kreurig.\u00a0 But, hey.. I put my time in as a tent camper and I loved it.\u00a0 When the kids were little, we camped in tents… but as they grew, so did our camping equipment.\u00a0 It’s all part of growing and maturing!<\/p>\n
So, I winterized the stamp set and got the little trailer all ready for Christmas!<\/p>\n

To make the camper, I used Staz-On ink (101406) and stamped onto Silver Foil (132178).\u00a0 Then I fussy cut (which means I cut it out) the camper and added it to the card using Dimensionals (104430).<\/p>\n
Tip:\u00a0 In order to place the\u00a0 snowman and tree in their spots, I just laid the camper onto the card layer.\u00a0 Then I stamped the images then attached the camper.\u00a0 It probably wouldn’t happen that the camper would effect the stamping of the images around it, but I didn’t want to take any chances.<\/p>\n
Of course… this card called for Clear Wink of Stella (141897)!\u00a0 I added it on the snowman, the mounds of snow and the snow on top of the the camper.\u00a0 If you haven’t used Wink of Stella yet.. O.M.G. what are you waiting for!!!\u00a0 It is a must have!<\/p>\n
But, this stamp set is versatile.\u00a0 You can use it all year long.\u00a0 In fact, the reason why it was one of the very first sets I brought from the Holiday Catalog is because of the flamingo and the birthday sentiment.\u00a0 You see, where my parents live in Florida, there is a group of clowns (literally, clowns… I don’t they they all come in the same car though!).\u00a0 For birthdays, they go to your home and put a bunch of flamingos in your yard and call it “Flocking” you!\u00a0 Mom & Dad’s community is made up of campers and baby single-wide trailers called “park homes.”\u00a0 How could I not create a card for Mom’s birthday using this set.\u00a0 Never has a more perfect pairing existed!!!<\/p>\n
