This month is all about sympathy.\u00a0 The projects will feature get well, sorry, and sympathy sentiments.\u00a0 While these cards are not given for fun.. they are always needed and will provide a light in the darkness that someone is treading through.<\/p>\n

Stampin’ Up offers several stamp sets that contain sentiments perfect for sending to those you love in their time of need.\u00a0 Because I am bit of a strange goose, one of my favorites set is Here for You.\u00a0 I love the cheeky little sentiments!<\/p>\n

But, today, I went with one you may not think of first and one that literally screams “Sorry”.<\/p>\n

So, first one…<\/p>\n

I used the Silver Lining sentiment from the Sprinkles of Life stamp set to set the mood for this card.\u00a0 Using the various colors of gray gives it a bit of a sad feeling, but each of the clouds have silver embossed linings!\u00a0 Can you see what else I have added?\u00a0 How about a closer look?<\/p>\n

Do you see them now?\u00a0 The texture on the rain drops?<\/p>\n

SPOILER ALERT…\u00a0 those are new epoxy shapes from the coming 2018 Occasions Catalog.\u00a0 Are they not just the cutest things ever???\u00a0 They come with two sheets containing circles and drops – one with glitter and one without!\u00a0 If you need a catalog and are in the USA, just drop me a note…\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

This card uses the go-to Sorry for Everything stamp set.\u00a0 There are so many different combinations of sorry sentiments that can be made with this set.\u00a0 If you don’t already own it, you really need to!\u00a0 This card features a simple black and white color scheme.\u00a0 I added texture with the leaf punch… Sure hope that one carries over!\u00a0 And what about that DSP?\u00a0 Don’t you just love it?\u00a0 It’s another SNEAK PEEK from the 2018 Occasions Catalog!<\/p>\n

So, if you are wondering how I already have items from the new catalog that hasn’t even been released yet… it is a PERK of being a demonstrator. But, a little more than that… it is the perk of being a demonstrator that went to OnStage, our twice-a-year convention that is always tons of fun!<\/p>\n
